Epstein, MD, FICS Receives an Honorary Recognition from the AANS for her Leadership Role as the Chair of Neurosurgery for the International College of Surgeons, US Section

Clara Raquel Epstein, MD, FICS received an Honorary Recognition by Christopher M. Loftus, MD, FACS, Chair of the 2011 AANS International Outreach Committee of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) for her International Neurosurgical Leadership Role as Chair of Neurosurgery of the International College of Surgeons, US Section at the AANS International Reception & Award Program, 79th AANS Annual Scientific Meeting, Hyatt Regency, Denver, CO, April 11, 2011.

Many of Dr. Epstein’s international colleagues were present, including neurosurgical colleague, Jacobo Chodakiewitz, MD from Mexico/Beverly Hills, CA (left) and her mentor & great friend, Mario Ammirati, MD, MBA from Italy/Columbus, OH (center).
